1O STEPS TO COLLECTING YOUR H1B VISA

1. You complete our on-line application form
2. CanAm Global Immigration considers the application.
3. If your company, the position and the candidate are eligible for an H1B visa, CanAm Global Immigration will e-mail you: A formal instruction form to return, Details of any additional data required, and confirmation of which documents we need
4. You post documents to CanAm Global Immigration at 200-1207 Pacific Blvd., Vancouver, BC, V6Z 2R6
5. CanAm Global Immigration files a Prevailing Wage request with the relevant entity. Determination generally can be maid in 0 - 10 working days
6. CanAm Global Immigration prepares a Labor Condition Application form and instructions, and the I-129H petition forms
7. You sign and return to us the LCA and I-129 H form
8. We submit the LCA to the US DoL, and once the LCA is certified, CanAm Global Immigration compiles and submits your I-129H petition to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services at the appropriate Regional Service Center
9. Unless using Premium Processing, after 2 to 6 months the petition is approved, and the Notice of Approval is returned to you, these are then taken to the relevant US consulate by the candidate for issue of the H1B visa. CanAm Global Immigration will provide full instructions and forms, and in some instances can arrange for visa issuance. Please note that premium processing costs an additional $1000 and allows us to get results of your status within a month.
